At Ovrlnd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
